Established in 2014, MCP was founded by P. Damodaram, a Chartered Accountant from the humble town of Satyavedu in Andhra Pradesh. His remarkable journey, from completing CA to thriving in both industry and practice, shaped the institute. Grounded in the belief that “Sharing knowledge is the first step towards humanity,” MCP aims to unlock the potential of students across diverse backgrounds, guiding them on an exciting professional journey. Founder & Partner

CA Damodaram, from Satyavedu, Andhra Pradesh, rose from humble beginnings to become a successful Chartered Accountant. In 2014,he founded My Career Point (MCP) with a vision to share knowledge and unlock the potential of aspiring professionals in CA, CMA, and CS. Under his leadership, MCP provides personalized mentorship and tailored teaching programs for exam success, reflecting his commitment to shaping future professionals.

Aishwarya, a partner at My Career Point (MCP), holds dual qualifications in Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
